Tauranga Performing Arts Competitions Society Incorporated is a volunteer organisation dedicated to giving opportunity to young performing artists in the Bay of Plenty region and beyond.Each year we hold a Festival in the July school holidays at the Baycourt Community and Arts Centre in Tauranga.
